Firstly, we want to thank you for your interest in becoming a member of our Psicamb Association. To formalize the application you must:
• Fill the digital application form which you will find below.
• Attach, using the same form, a proof of payment of the membership fees, according to membership type.
• Attach also the proof of membership type selected (student / reduced fee).
Types of Fees according to membership:

- Name and surname
- The reason for reduction (student, if from a non-community country indicate the country ...), if any.
